Eugenio regularly counsels domestic and cross-border parties in real estate, merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, involving public and private entities.

 

Eugenio is an active player in Mexico in the Real Estate advisory practice. He focuses on advising hospitality companies and investors, on the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate investments in the commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial sectors. His practice includes advising on matters related to development and operation of real estate projects and hospitality assets, acquisition and sale of real estate assets, among others.

 

Author of different articles for international publications including “The International Comparative Legal Guide to Real Estate ”, by the Association of Corporate Counsel.
